The NoseVole is used to target and enhance the active nasal page by applying a small amount of outward pressure and thus more fully dilating it. If you’re unsure which nasal passage is the active one then simply cover one side and try to breathe through your nostril. Repeat on the other side as necessary. 

Once the active nostril has been identified, squeeze the NoseVole ends together, insert into the nostril and release. In most cases the increase in the amount of airflow will be immediately noticeable. It may require some fine-tuning adjustment. You may initially be ‘aware’ of its presence but it should never be uncomfortable or painful. Full details and instruction will be sent with your purchase.
